Anita Oh leads the Digital in Energy Topic for Australia and New Zealand. She works mostly in the energy sector, but since joining BCG in 2007, she has also worked with clients across Europe and Asia Pacific on media and telecommunications, banking, and consumer and retail projects. Anita is a topic expert on customer-centric digital transformation using agile, advanced analytics, and personalization.

In 2015, Anita was appointed to a global role to drive BCG's business model innovation efforts. In this role, Anita worked on various acquisitions, partnerships, and business-build efforts connected with DigitalBCG and beyond.

In addition, she is a member of BCG’s Technology Advantage and Marketing & Sales practices, and is the deputy head of recruiting for Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining BCG, Anita worked at Fairfax Media and McKinsey in senior strategy roles and also in investment banking.
