Huib Kurstjens joined Boston Consulting Group in 1995. He is a core member of the global Financial Institutions practice area and leads that practice in the Netherlands. He is an expert in retail banking, transformation, asset management, and organizational change.

At BCG, Huib has led strategy, organization, performance improvement, distribution management, and e-commerce cases in the financial services sector, including creating mortgage strategies and associated pricing strategies for several units of a leading financial services group, leading a sales force effectiveness review for a top European asset manager, and developing a new physical distribution concept for a direct banking player.

Before joining the firm, Huib worked as a business unit controller for Honeywell in Amsterdam.
