Marko Lackovic is a core member of the Energy, Climate & Sustainability, and Transform practices at Boston Consulting Group. Marko is focused primarily on BCG's utilities and power work within the energy industry. He has worked with clients on a broad range of issues including energy transition and decarbonization, transformations, strategy development, operational improvements, zero-based budgeting, and new-business launches across Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Among other projects, Marko led the development of a long-term 'zero emissions' strategies, including abatement levers and their economics, markets and emissions regulation, and related strategies for private and public sector organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Marko worked in management functions with Ericsson, Huawei, and IBM, as well as in national television and the lottery in Croatia.
