Nicolas Hunke is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Technology Advantage practices. He leads BCG’s agile transformation work in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Since joining BCG in 2006, Nicolas has worked extensively with major technology and telecommunications companies, and he has helped clients across a range of industries address their most important IT topics. He is coleader of the Agile@BCG project, which aims to introduce agile principles in BCG's project management approach, and he has advised numerous organizations on making hardware-to-software transformations.
Nicolas’s client engagements have covered areas such as long-term corporate strategy, quality management, commercial due diligence in the technology sector, market assessment, and go-to-market strategy. He has also helped a number of companies analyze major IT and software disruptions and develop strategies around them.
Before joining BCG, Nicolas worked for Tanto Portal Solutions as the head of project management and senior business development manager. He previously worked for Microsoft in Germany.
