Patrick Dupoux is the head of Africa for Boston Consulting Group. He also leads BCG's efforts in global development, driving the firm’s work across a range of issues from sustainable food systems and hunger to economic development.

Patrick joined BCG in 2001 and has worked across Africa in many industries including industrial goods, consumer goods, energy, and agriculture, for private, public, and social sector clients.

Patrick founded BCG's Casablanca office in 2009 and was appointed head of BCG in Africa in July 2017. In this role, he leads BCG’s development across the continent and drives research on the emergence of Africa and the ways in which companies can succeed in the context of Africa’s broader plans for expansion. Until recently, he led the Global Advantage practice for Western Europe, Africa, and South America.

Before joining BCG, Patrick worked for Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux in Argentina.
