She helps her clients understand, design, and launch the human side of technology transformation. She supports technology and people leaders in building new capabilities that integrate the best of human ingenuity, innovation, and skills with advanced technology and digital capabilities, to optimize both enterprise value and human potential. She leads the firm's technology and digital talent work globally.

Ruth is skilled in all aspects of talent, specifically in a tech and AI transformation context, including organization and operating model, product/platform operating model, technology operating model and governance, data and GenAI center of excellence design, work reimagination and redesign, job and skills architecture, skill assessments, location strategy, culture, and behavior.

Prior to joining BCG Ruth worked at Goldman Sachs.
