Ashish Garg is the leader of People & Organization practice in Asia-Pacific and a core member of the Public Sector and Financial Institutions practices.
Ashish has deep experience in new operating models, channels, operating model, people strategies, and operations in light of new disruptions including technology. He has been involved in numerous long-tenure transformation programs having led and delivered on very large programs. He has also been involved on multiple industry and sector level programs. Recently, he has also led large economic development programs for various public sector clients. In the past, Ashish has been associated with many marquee clients as they enable digital government.
His other works developing large scale skilling and re-skilling interventions for various population segments and supporting launch of a global International Organization on green and sustainable fuels. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management in Sambalpur.
