Fang Ruan is the head of Boston Consulting Group’s Hong Kong office. She leads BCG’s People & Organization practice in Greater China and the BCG Henderson Institute for Greater China. She is also a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice.

Fang has extensive experience in corporate governance, organization and culture transformation, talent management, and corporate strategy. In recent projects, she explored the feasibility of AI-led organizations, and its implications for organization /talent structure, role of the center, performance management, and culture change.

Before joining BCG in 2006, Fang was a Senior Project Manager in the Restructuring and Listing Office of the Bank of China
