Mike Lewis is a key member of the Energy practice area at Boston Consulting Group, and part of the Change Management global cadre. Mike joined BCG in 2007. Working primarily with clients in the energy sector, he has consulted on projects involving strategy, operations, and organization and change management—topics for which he is a top BCG team member.

Mike’s work with energy sector clients—combined with his deep knowledge of finance, accounting, and internal control—has informed his work on a variety of BCG projects in the gas and power and oil and gas sectors, including a full reorganization and process redesign transformation for a major utility, a reorganization and process redesign of the transmission business for a major utility, and many other transformation and strategy projects for utilities, oil majors, and utilities.

Mike is a CPA, licensed in the state of Texas. Before joining BCG, he developed expertise in finance and accounting as a manager in the assurance and business advisory services at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Houston.
