Lacy Ketzner is a Digital Topic Leader and core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Global Advantage, Industrial Goods, Strategy, and Operations practices.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Lacy has worked on a wide range of strategy and marketing projects, primarily in the industrial goods and retail sectors. She also has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain strategy, consumer research, and big data and data analytics. In addition, Lacy has developed branded business strategies, led procurement projects, run international surveys, and created monetization and go-to-market strategies. Her work has touched numerous industries, including automotive manufacturing, retail, technology, and digital.
Before joining BCG, Lacy worked as a laboratory assistant at Yale University and Johns Hopkins University. She has also served as a board fellow at the Young Women’s Leadership Charter School in Chicago. While attending Yale as an undergraduate, she was managing editor of Yale's weekly newspaper and winner of the Anwar Sadat Essay for Peace.
