Hajime Shoji leads Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice in Asia-Pacific. He is a core member of the firm’s People & Organization practice and the Public Sector practice.

Since joining the firm in 2000, Hajime has worked closely with clients primarily in the high-tech, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.

His experience includes partnering with clients on new business building, growth strategies, emerging market strategies, business model transformation, organizational reform, leadership development, and digital transformation.

Before joining BCG, Hajime worked at the Industrial Bank of Japan (currently Mizuho Financial Group) in the asset management and M&A advisory fields.
