Rami Rafih leads Boston Consulting Group’s economic advantage of nations work and leads the Global Advantage practice in the Middle East. Rami has worked with government ministries and authorities in GCC countries, North Africa, and Europe, covering topics such as economy, commerce, investments, industry, health care, tourism, social affairs, and social development. 

Rami's present focus is mainly globalization, trade and investment, and government support to private sector (including national champions and SMEs). While at BCG, Rami has advised a large number of government entities and funds, working with these clients on developing strategic roadmaps; segmenting customers; building product and services portfolios; and developing governance, operating, and financial models, as well as organizational structures. 

He is a board member of several associations and NGOs in Lebanon.
