Albert Waas is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s global Industrial Goods practice, focused on the automotive industry. He has worked for European and international automotive OEMs and suppliers along all value chain steps. Albert leads the firm’s Center for Climate Change and Electrification for Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Among his recent client cases, Albert has designed and implemented various corporate and BU strategies for OEMs and suppliers. He has led multiple transformation projects, drove the development of new digital business models, and conducted various due diligences in the automotive industry.
