Raakhi Agrawal is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's leadership team and the firm's Digital Growth practice. She is a part of BCG X, the firm's new tech-build and design unit.
Raakhi joined BCG in 2017. She brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, brand management, digital strategy, and innovation. She leads client engagements to help companies launch new products and initiatives, transform into more data-centric organizations, and build high performing teams.
Raakhi has worked with pharma, consumer health, energy, and personal investing and private equity companies, as well as financial institutions. She is a leader in marketing organization and operating model, and CX topics at BCG. Before coming to BCG, she was Head of Digital Strategy for the Beverage Portfolio of Brands at Nestlé, and a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
