Ahead of COP26, BCG’s Rich Lesser spoke with BBC News about his time as CEO, and how listening to his peers helped foster the firm’s journey addressing climate change. Lesser explained that a few years ago, partners began urging him to do more to boldly tackle climate change. He said that this helped alter BCG’s trajectory in a way that better served climate targets and led to BCG’s net-zero pledge.
