BOSTON—Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and ElevenLabs today announced a strategic partnership aimed at deploying enterprise-grade conversational agents that transform how businesses interact with their customers.
The partnership arrives at a critical time as organizations seek to move beyond simple chatbots toward agentic workflows capable of reasoning, acting, and engaging in natural, human-like voice conversations. By combining BCG’s strategic, operational, and AI transformation expertise and BCG X’s technical expertise, with agentic capabilities from ElevenLabs, clients can reshape core workflows with reliable, multichannel, and multilingual conversational agents at scale. ElevenLabs capabilities will also be embedded in BCG X’s Deep Customer Engagement AI offering, which transforms customer management through AI-powered, hyperpersonalized interactions.
The two companies will bring agentic solutions to clients across industries, enabling new levels of customer engagement, service efficiency, and personalization. Core solutions include, but are not limited to, conversational voice agents, transcription and voice cloning capabilities, and agent creation tools designed to resolve customer issues, reduce wait times, and increase satisfaction. Built for enterprise environments, these solutions are supported by rigorous testing, monitoring, and control frameworks and are seamlessly and responsibly integrated into clients’ operations. Together, ElevenLabs and BCG will help clients move beyond proof of concept toward scaled adoption of agentic capabilities for customer experience.
