Ravi Srivasta is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations and Industrial Goods practices, and the former global leader for the Operations practice.
Since joining the firm in 2000, Ravi has worked extensively with clients in the automotive, capital goods, and construction industries across the Asia-Pacific arena. He has covered a wide range of topics, focusing on operations transformation, large-project management, sales and marketing excellence, and service excellence.
He has also worked in a number of other industries, including steel and cement, where he has helped companies address issues such as market entry, growth, and organization restructuring.
Before joining BCG, Ravi interned at Credit Suisse First Boston.
