Fabien Hassan has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2016. In 2017-2018, he was an Ambassador with the Strategy Lab of the BCG Henderson Institute in New York, exploring topics such as sustainability, long-term orientation of companies, corporate vitality, and transformation. He is especially interested in how companies adapt to environmental challenges.
Fabien’s recent case experience includes securing regulatory clearance for a financial sector acquisition in the Netherlands and France—as well as preparing the integration and improving the industrial processes of a spirits company in Scotland, designing and implementing digital and agile transformations in a major corporate bank and in a leading telco in France, and developing the strategy of a professional sports association.

Organizational change does not follow a linear path but rather moves across a landscape—the topography of which is always shifting.
As societal challenges become too large for governments to tackle on their own, companies must intervene in support of the common good.
