Kaj Burchardi is head of BCG Platinion Netherlands, a division of Boston Consulting Group providing IT consulting services focused on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and solutions. Kaj joined BCG Platinion in 2001 and is the global lead for the Blockchain topic at BCG.
His focus is on IT in banking and consumer goods, paying special attention to IT architecture strategy, core system modernization, IT transformation, multi-channel integration, analyses for payment architectures, mobile and digital channel architectures, and Blockchain.
Kaj has worked with clients on analyses in the areas of Blockchain and IoT, as well as the design and execution of several Blockchain PoCs. He has conducted IT due diligences, post-merger integrations, and transformations of Agile@Scale.
Before joining the firm, Kaj held positions at Allianz and Proxicom.
