Arthur Ramos is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice, and leads the Climate & Sustainability practice for Brazil. He joined the firm in January 2018 and has over 25 years of experience with local and international corporations in the energy industry. He is an expert on issues related to policymaking, market design, and regulatory contribution along the power, natural gas, and fuels value chains.

In his recent client work, Arthur supported the transformation of one of the largest utilities in Brazil, repositioning its strategy and organization toward value creation, growth, and sustainable energy infrastructure and generation. He also contributed to the portfolio and operational review of a large process industry client in the design and governance model of its decarbonization and circularity initiatives.

Before coming to BCG, Arthur led the energy practices at PwC Strategy&, Booz & Company, and A.T. Kearney.
