Brian is a senior partner and managing director at The Boston Consulting Group, where he leads the North America Automotive sector. He is also a core member of the Industrial Goods, the Operations, and the Global Advantage practices. 

Brian brings nearly 15 years of global experience to his work. He specializes in working on strategy and transformation with automotive suppliers and OEMs for commercial off-highway vehicles. He has helped these companies define the strategic agenda, shape business unit strategy, build functional capabilities, and lead programmatic change. 

Over the last decade, Brian has led several large-scale transformation efforts, helping clients reposition their portfolios and value chains for competitive advantage and profitable growth. Brian has led numerous global engagements—working with clients in North America, Europe, China, India, and Latin America. 

Prior to joining BCG, Brian was a partner at Booz & Company and served as an officer in the US Navy.
