Eric Sullivan is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector and Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practices. Since joining BCG in 2012, he has led many strategy and large transformation efforts in both the public and the private sector.

Eric primarily supports clients in the infrastructure and transportation industries, including private sector corporations, crown corporations, and governments. He has deep experience leading strategy definition and planning efforts, as well as leading larger operating model transformation programs to drive lasting change at scale across a variety of functional topics including sourcing and procurement, organizational effectiveness, and cost excellence.
