Fabio Dal Pan joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He leads Aerospace & Defense in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice focused on automotive clients.
Within aerospace and defense, Fabio has broad experience in military and civil programs, industrial transformation and international cooperation, strategy and go-to-market In automotive. He has led projects in manufacturing, channel and go-to-market strategy, and sales force effectiveness.
