Fanny Grönlund joined BCG in 2012. She is a core member of the Consumer practice and works on assignments related to retail and consumer packaged goods, with a specific focus on digital analytics. Fanny is also part of leading BCG’s Plan.AI team that focuses on solutions for end-to-end planning enabled by advanced analytics.

Fanny has extensive experience in leading large-scale projects within the consumer- and industrial goods space, with functional focus ranging across the value chain. In recent years she has spent a lot of her time on transformations enabled by digital and AI, and supported development, implementation and scaling of data-driven decision making tools.
