He has been part of the firm’s leadership team since 2009, serves on the BCG Henderson Institute’s board of directors, and represents BCG at the World Economic Forum.
Since joining the firm in 1996, Hubi has helped his clients achieve market-leading positions. Beginning in 2013, he has headed the Industrial Goods practice and, from 2017 forward, has led BCG’s business in Western Europe, South America, and Africa to new horizons. Spurred on by his climate activist children, his newest ambition is to use BCG’s positive impact to help clients fast-forward to green.
Hubi has worked at BCG’s Boston, London, and Johannesburg offices and now lives with his family in Hamburg.
