Jacqueline is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Technology Advantage practices. She is also a member of the Center for Digital in Transportation.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Jacqueline has focused on technology-enabled transformation, primarily in the transportation and logistics industry. Her recent client work includes developing and implementing the global roll-out program for a large-scale IT-enabled transformation at an international parcel & express player; the strategic redesign of the retail function of a combined postal and parcel operations player; and the design of future product portfolio and operational processes to set the direction for IT-driven transformation of an international logistics provider.
On a recent case, Jacqueline was part of an operational improvement program in mail sequencing for a national postal provider, which increased operational improvement by 30% in just six weeks.
Before joining the firm, Jacqueline worked at GE Plastics in the Netherlands and at Heineken.
