Kshitij Vijayvargiya is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice, specializing in guiding health care and life sciences organizations through strategic and operational leadership challenges. In the close to two decades of his professional career, Kshitij has worked with clients on strategic growth initiatives, market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and new business builds.
Kshitij has helped organizations set up “Zero to One” businesses, in both life sciences and provider spaces. In such efforts, Kshitij has worked with entrepreneurs and leaders to identify the opportunity space and business strategy, hire teams, and operationalize a cold start.
In the more traditional domains of sales and marketing, Kshitij has led multiple successful brand launches, implemented sales excellence programs, and enhanced customer engagement frameworks. In addition, he has operations expertise in manufacturing, and procurement. He has also played a pivotal role in supporting organizations in M&A diligences and integrations.
Prior to joining BCG, Kshitij set up a business unit for a tech-enabled logistics company and grew it to $50 million in revenue within two years.
