Neil Pardasani is a leader of Boston Consulting Group’s West Coast Financial Institutions and Insurance practices, a member of BCG's North America Financial Institutions management team, and a past leader of BCG’s asset and wealth management work. As a leader in the financial services industry, Neil moves organizations, people, capabilities, and ideas into action by applying his extensive experience in growth strategy, organizational optimization, business transformation, and technology/digital transformation. Driven by a passion for efficiency and a reimagined future, whether in relation to business models or how people work and live, Neil pushes thinking to accelerate progress and increase the speed at which ideas become action, while interacting with teams and clients in a genuine and human way.
Neil works with CEOs, C-suite executives, EVPs, and management teams in a range of industries, including financial services, data/information services, and technology. In addition, Neil leads BCG’s New Partner Promotion Committee for the West Coast and sits on the Retirement Benefits committee and the firm's committees to elect and develop new managing directors. Neil is actively involved in recruiting new talent for the firm and has previously led its recruiting function.
