Patrick Uhlmann joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2006. He is a core member of BCG’s global Financial Institutions practice, FI Risk Team, and Technology Advantage practice. He is the Topic Leader for CFO/Finance in Banking. Patrick works primarily with European banks and financial institutions in his key expertise areas of CFO/finance, capital markets, and asset management.

In close cooperation with clients, Patrick has developed, managed, and implemented numerous strategy projects, functional/IT projects, and large transformation programs that delivered strategic positioning for the future, value increase, restructuring, performance enhancement, business development, capabilities enhancement, and cost efficiency.

Before joining the firm, Patrick was a tech entrepreneur and a management consultant in banking.
