Priyanka Aggarwal co-leads Boston Consulting Group’s Healthcare practice in India. She also leads Women@BCG for the Asia Pacific region.
Priyanka advises a range of clients in health care—both pharmaceutical players and hospitals—and helps them chart their growth strategy, improve operational efficiency, and lead organizational change. She has worked with companies in India, Southeast Asia, and the US. Her recent experiences include digital transformation, commercial excellence, manufacturing transformation, organization restructuring, supply chain effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining BCG, Priyanka was an Associate Principal at McKinsey India, focusing on the pharmaceutical practice.
India is struggling with an acute shortage of Nurses and Allied Health workers, who are a key part of healthcare delivery. These papers published in a joint effort by BCG in association with Global Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (GAPIO), explore solution themes towards the supply and demand side levers of the healthcare delivery system.
Testing has been a key topic of discussion for last few weeks with questions on sufficiency of India’s testing protocol, overall rate of testing, debates on effectiveness of different testing methods and availability of test kits/ capacity.
