Seddik El Fihri is coleader of Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Development, and Principal Investors and Private Equity practice areas across Africa.

Over the course of his career, Seddik has developed deep expertise in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Since joining BCG in 2011, he has led several major transactions, partnering with numerous Pan-African corporations and investment funds as well as multinational organizations.

Seddik’s client engagements have covered the assessment of strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities for a wide range of companies, primarily in the industrial goods space. He has also helped a wide range of organizations create growth strategies, conduct strategic due diligence, and transform key functions such as procurement.

Before joining BCG, Seddik was the strategy and development director within a regional affiliate of the Kuwait Investment Authority. He previously worked as a project manager within ONA-SNI Group and was a supervisor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris.
