Nipun Kalra joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He has over 12 years of consulting experience working with clients in the financial services, insurance, and technology sectors.

Nipun has assisted numerous banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and general and life insurers in developing and implementing a wide range of strategies, evaluating and capturing digital opportunities, and creating long-lasting sustainable change. He has led new business builds and go-to-market effectiveness strategies, working with clients across Asia and Europe.

Nipun’s current focus is on transformative work in customer journeys, the future of banking, advanced analytics, post-merger integration, and the future of HR journeys for his clients. Before joining the firm, Nipun spent four years as a consultant at Accenture.
