Managing Director & Partner, Leader Change Solutions Suite
Melbourne
Christoph Hilberath joined the Munich office of Boston Consulting Group in 2004. After leaving the firm in October 2010 to work as an entrepreneur, he rejoined BCG in 2014, transferring to Melbourne in 2017.
Christoph leads BCG’s People & Organization practice in Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of the Change Management leadership team and a core member of the Industrial Goods practice. Christoph works mainly on transformations and people-centric change—putting the employee at the center of any change effort in order to flip the odds of success and unlock the full potential of transformations and change movements. He is an expert in operating model redesign, cost and efficiency, and large-scale change management.
When he was not working for the firm, Christoph was the CTO/CFO for a startup offering digital customer engagement and business intelligence services to brick and mortar retailers.
