Nipun Kalra leads BCG X for India. BCG X is Boston Consulting Group's dedicated unit focused on Digital and AI. This unit is uniquely positioned to help the world’s most influential organizations drive the next wave of innovation through large scale digital transformations, using AI/ Gen AI to unlock value from core businesses, building new ventures from scratch or accelerating growth in existing businesses. Nipun has nearly 17 years of consulting experience across India and Southeast Asia. Previously, he worked in the Munich office with clients from all across Europe.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Nipun has worked with numerous financial institutions, insurers, technology companies, auto majors, pharma cos. and telcos to develop and implement strategies for capturing value from Digital/ AI opportunities for long-lasting sustainable impact.

Nipun is passionate about using digital and AI to create a step-change in business trajectories through business builds, disruptive customer journeys, hyper-personalization, smart operations and scaling up digital acquisitions. Before joining BCG, Nipun spent four years as a consultant at Accenture.
