Frank Klose has 25 years of consulting experience and is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy practice. He previously led the Energy practice in Germany and Austria and is responsible for the firm's renewable energy segment globally.
Frank has in-depth experience in strategy development, organization design, transformation, and digitization in the energy sector. He works with clients to shape their business models in light of the energy transition, and is focused on renewable energy and energy solutions.
Frank's projects have included a transformation and standardization for leading European wind operators, a groupwide productivity improvement program for a German utility, business model innovation and go-to-market in decentralized energy, digital and AI programs for leading European utilities, and multiple commercial DD/VDDs for energy infrastructure investors
