Rohan Sajdeh is a core member and former global leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. He serves as the firm's global co-leader for sports, an area which he founded.
Since joining BCG in 1995, Rohan has worked extensively with fast-moving consumer goods companies in over 20 food and beverage, personal, and home care categories globally. In addition, he has served consumer clients in segments including apparel, durables, airlines, restaurants and theme parks. He has covered the full spectrum of business issues with particular depth on issues of corporate strategy and transformation, consumer-driven brand strategy, and commercial growth. He founded BCG’s differentiated and market-leading Demand Centric Growth approach, and is the co-author of a BCG book on growth for consumer companies (“Rocket").
Rohan also has over a decade of experience working in sports globally, serving a broad spectrum of the marquee/leading governing bodies, leagues, teams, major events, media and private equity, across six continents and most major sports. He has a track record of developing and enabling breakthrough actions and impact in these organizations, with many of those visible and enduring in the sporting ecosystem today.
Rohan brings a global perspective to his work, having studied and worked in Sydney, Mumbai, Cambridge (UK), and Chicago. He has played professional-level cricket in England and Premier Division field hockey in Sydney.
