Lauren Taylor has worked at The Boston Consulting Group since 2007. Lauren is a lead member of BCG’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice areas and has led efforts on growth strategy and digital as well as organization and turnaround for restaurants, lodging chains, and retailers. She has deep experience with qualitative and quantitative consumer insights, having led more than 40 consumer research efforts around the world.

Lauren is part of the Demand Centric Growth global leadership team at BCG and has worked with clients on DCG efforts across industries. Lauren has significant experience with designing DCG strategy and driving those strategies to action, including pilot-testing, change management, and client enablement. Lauren was a speaker at the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference and graduated top of her class at Kellogg and SMU.
