Ashish Garg is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government, as well as a core member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and Public Sector practices. He is an expert in the infrastructure sector, and leads the asset management topic for BCG in India.

Ashish joined the firm in 2001 and has deep experience in the areas of strategy, operations, and organization. He has been involved in numerous long-tenure transformation programs for companies operating in India and has also worked with clients in Europe, the US, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

Ashish's work in the public sector and infrastructure space focuses primarily on building skill-development capabilities and optimizing transportation infrastructure.

Ashish is a mechanical engineer and worked with government agencies for more than four years before returning to school to earn his MBA. He regularly contributes to industry forums and publications.
