Greg Mallory serves as global lead for Boston Consulting Group's defense and security sector work. He also chairs BCG’s North America Expert Consultant Track and previously led BCG’s global aerospace and defense work and North America Industrial Goods practice.

For more than two decades, Greg has partnered with military services, defense contractors, and commercial aerospace and industrial companies to innovate and strengthen their mission and business performance. Greg’s work has focused on large-scale change, including readiness improvement, program recovery, production ramp up, supply chain transformation, M&A and integration, services and aftermarket delivery, and digital transformation.

Recently Greg has focused much of his work on supporting military agencies and their industrial base as they take steps toward a next-generation defense portfolio: an interconnected mix of legacy and affordable autonomous systems
