Michal Panowicz rejoined Boston Consulting Group in 2018 as director of the Technology Advantage practice in London. He works with top global clients in scoping, incubating, running, launching, and commercializing major digital transformations. Michal is a leader in digital financial services and digital transformation. His current interests lean toward digital sales, personalization, and building digital challenger banks.

Michal has successfully built and commercialized disruptive innovations across more than 12 key areas of digital transformation: machine learning and big data, mobile and online banking, digital payments, alternative consumer credit models, agile culture and collaboration methods, video banking, real time CRM and analytics, digital governance and organization structure, modern IT governance and portfolio management, digital insurance, and personal financial management.

Michal began his professional career for BCG in Warsaw as a senior consultant for the financial services team until 2004. Before returning to BCG, he worked for eBay’s corporate strategy group in San Jose, CA, as well as Microsoft’s worldwide licensing and pricing, and corporate strategy teams in Redmond, WA.
