Fang Ruan leads Boston Consulting Group’s China Academy and she is the leader of People & Organization practice in Greater China and Asia-Pacific. She is also a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media, & Telecom (TMT) practice.
Fang has extensive experience in corporate governance, organization transformation, people management, and corporate strategy. In recent projects, she formulated a corporate governance mechanism designed for company longevity and helped a client improve the way it managed executive performance. She also diagnosed the need for, and created, a talent development plan for a core corporate function and devised a process for reviewing business performance.
Before joining BCG in 2006, Fang was a senior project manager in the Restructuring and Listing Office of the Bank of China.
