Gregor Gossy is a member of the leadership team for Boston Consulting Group’s work in service and support operations, as well as an expert in cost and efficiency for the firm. As a core member of BCG’s Operations practice, he has considerable experience in cost excellence, support function/overhead excellence, organizational design, restructuring, and transformations. During his time at the firm, he has predominantly worked in the financial services and industrial goods industries, supporting clients globally.
Before joining BCG, Gregor was a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Strategic Management and Management Control at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
