Established in 2003, BCG in Miami is one of the most vibrant additions to BCG's Americas system. The office is located in the heart of Miami’s business district on Brickell Avenue—home to world class restaurants, chic evening venues, and many of the area’s young business professionals. The office boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and iconic South Beach, only a ten-minute car ride away.

As a 17 year veteran of BCG I have had the opportunity to work across regions and sectors. I started my career in NYC, lived in India, founded the BCG Tel Aviv office, and have finally settled in the very dynamic BCG Miami office. What keeps me at BCG is the endless stimulation ..the personal friendships I have formed with clients and colleagues, the opportunity to drive impact, and the fact that the learning never stops.
Before starting at BCG Miami, I was a graphic designer working for a non-profit organization. At BCG, I’ve found a role that challenges me intellectually and creatively, allows me unparalleled mobility across industries, interests, and teams, and positions me to have real, positive impact on my clients and the planet.
I have been with BCG 11 years now, of which the last 7 have been in our Miami office. My motivation for the ongoing journey at BCG is the nature of challenges I can really see how I continue to learn and grow every day. Part of it are the high-impact projects we do and the clients we have, but mostly it is about our people… everyone here is amazing! I have a nontraditional background, with experience running a winery and launching multiple early-stage startups. As part of the Miami BCG office I get to leverage these experiences, working on cutting-edge topics at the intersection of grocery retail and digital. I’ve stayed at BCG because of this opportunity to chart my own path and define an industry I’m passionate about.
After three and a half years in a digital-marketing role for a large advertiser, I joined BCG to gain exposure to a wider variety of business problems and work closely with senior leadership to help enact meaningful, positive changes within clients’ organizations. At BCG, I define my own career path. I purposely make exploration and learning a key component of my progress.
