Lauren Taylor has worked at Boston Consulting Group since 2007. Lauren is a lead member of BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Consumer & Retail practice areas and has led efforts on growth strategy and digital as well as organization and turnaround. She has deep experience with qualitative and quantitative consumer insights, having led more than 50 consumer research efforts on six continents.
Lauren is the North America leader for Customer Demand & Innovation, including Demand Centric Growth® at BCG and has worked with clients across industries. She has significant experience designing DCG strategy and driving those strategies to action, including pilot-testing, change management, and client enablement. Lauren was a speaker at the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference and graduated top of her class at Kellogg and SMU.
