Kazim Zaidi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice specializing in payers, providers, systems, and services (PPSS). His client work primarily focuses on developing corporate and business unit strategies, and operational excellence and performance transformations for publicly traded, mutual, and not-for-profit organizations.

Over the course of more than ten years, Kazim has served clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He is an expert in business model transformations, zero-based organizational redesigns, agile operating models, and complex multi-lever performance improvement programs across growth, medical cost, and administrative spend.
