Ask Nørgaard Heje is an ambassador at Boston Consulting Group’s BCG Henderson Institute in the Strategy Lab, where he is part of a team developing thought leadership and publications on the future of corporate strategy. His initial research has been on transformations and turnarounds with a focus on evidence-based transformations and transformations for growth.
Since starting at BCG’s Copenhagen office in 2017, Ask has worked with clients within consumer goods, retail, industrial goods, and transportation and logistics. His work has mainly been focused on transformations and large-scale change journeys. Ask is also a member of BCG TURN, the transformations and turnaround unit of BCG.
Prior to joining BCG, Ask studied quantitative economics at Aarhus University with stays at Columbia University and Harvard University while working as a teaching assistant in macroeconomics, principles of economics, game theory, and international trade.
