Davids Tjhin joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2003. Davids leads the Strategy practice for Southeast Asia and is a core member of the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications, People & Organization, and Global Advantage practices. He also serves as a recruiting director for the firm in Indonesia.

Davids has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformations, driving operational and sales excellence, and creating high-performing organizations. He has worked across multiple industry sectors including financial institutions, consumer goods, and industrial goods.

His client work has included leading the end-to-end transformation of a challenger telecom client in Indonesia and tripling its revenue in four years. He also advised the government of an emerging economy in the development of a 2020 blueprint for the financial services sector.

Davids advises and works with governments and management teams of large corporations in Southeast Asia to innovate and reformulate their business models. He is often trusted by client's shareholders and CEOs to define company priorities and help select key managers.

Davids has lived and worked in Indonesia, US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. He is deeply invested in the career progress of those staffed on his teams, and is consistently rated one of the best people developers in BCG Southeast Asia.
