He works with clients globally to help leadership teams improve operational performance and tackle the challenges of climate change and energy transition. Since joining BCG in 2005, Paul has worked for some of the largest companies in the Fortune 500 on business development, strategy, organizational design, new low-carbon business builds, abatement levers, and transformational operational improvement.
