He does extensive work in business build, cost transformations, organization and people agenda, and go-to-market strategies. Shaveen has deep experience in helping clients with their growth and transformation agenda and helping them leverage the power of data mining and analytics.
Shaveen has worked in BCG offices in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific, on engagements in the high-tech, IT and IT-enabled services, and telecom industries. He has a special interest in the future of IT services and helping his clients prepare a roadmap to guide them to the delivery of that future. Shaveen also leads the employee engagement program at BCG in India and was a BCG Ambassador in Los Angeles in 2013.
Prior to joining BCG, Shaveen worked at Blackstone Private Equity and Inductis in core data analytics.
