People support their companies’ efforts to work in new ways, but many feel the transition could happen even faster.
This approach helps organizations overcome the challenges associated with the speed of change.
To unlock digital’s full potential, companies—not their vendors—must drive the effort with a balanced focus on three dimensions: people, processes, and technology.
Robo-interviews, home videoconferencing systems, and app-enabled concierge services are among the technologies companies are using to increase the number of women in the workforce.
Smart Simplicity, supported by digital tools, can help unleash the productivity and engagement so desperately needed in the modern economy.
